For the woman of the new millennium:
Once upon a time, in a land far away, a beautiful, independent, self-assured princess happened upon a frog as she sat contemplating ecological issues on the shores of an unpolluted pond in a verdant meadow near her castle. The frog hopped into the Princess' lap.
"Elegant Lady, I was once a handsome Prince, until an evil witch cast a spell upon me. One kiss from you, however, and I will turn back into the dapper, young Prince that I am! Then, my sweet, we can marry and set up housekeeping in yon castle with my Mother, where you can prepare my meals, clean my clothes, bear my children, and forever feel grateful and happy doing so."
That night, on a repast of lightly sauteed frogs legs seasoned in a white wine and onion cream sauce, she chuckled to herself, "I don't so."

Coughs seem to be common these days as the wet weather persists...some facts on what your coughs actually do. They are good for your body, so let them run their course!
Coughing is a protective reflex, not an illness. This reflex kicks in when the membranes lining the respiratory tract secrete excessive mucus or phlegm to help protect your airways from infections and irritants by trapping and flushing out viruses, bacteria and foreign particles.
Your body gets rid of this accumulated mucus and phlegn by coughing. The sudden burst of air in a cough helps keep the breathing passages open. The cough keeps infectious mucus from falling into your lungs and bronchial tubes, where it could lead to serious infections such as pneumonia or bronchitis.
Most coughs are not dangerous. Therefore, if you have a dry cough, also known as a nonproductive cough, coupled with a runny or stuffed-up nose, sore throat and sneezing, you have all the symptoms of a common cold and you should let it run its course.
As coughing is a protective response by the body, suppressing it with cough medicine, especially if it is a productive cough, might reduce the effect of the protective clearing action and may mask a more serious underlying problem.
Use cough remedies for no longer than seven to 10 days, and preferably only for temporary relief, like at night, if you cannot sleep well because of your cough.

It'd really surprise them if you ever did something impulsively or on the spur of the moment.
They expect you to examine everything carefully from every angle and then usually decide against it.
